Trinity Care Center, located at 1000 E. Main Street in Round Rock, has been serving the residents of Round Rock, Austin and Georgetown since 1929. Built on a large tree-covered property, Trinity Care Center shares a campus with Altenheim Assisted Living, a 20-unit assisted living facility with four independent living apartments.

At Trinity Care Center, each skilled nursing resident receives an individualized treatment plan designed for optimum recovery. Goals are set for each resident by an interdisciplinary team comprised of the resident and/or family members, the participant's physician and our healthcare professionals. Weekly team meetings are held to review the progress of the resident and re-evaluate the treatment plan.

The Anne Delores Johnson Special Care Unit draws upon Trinity's long experience in caring for residents with dementia-related conditions. All caregivers in this unit receive intensive training in working with the cognitively impaired. They are devoted to nurturing each resident physically, emotionally and spiritually.

All residents at the Trinity Care Center campus have access to an enclosed, tree-covered courtyard. Walking paths, shady patios and beautiful landscaping provide an area for socializing or simply relaxing.

We offer a wide range of services and amenities, from spiritual care to daily activities to pharmacy services. Click on the options below for more information.

Once the goals have been achieved or the team determines the resident is no longer progressing through the treatment program, he/she will be discharged home or to an environment that will best meet their needs.
