The Village at Manor Park serves over 600 resident members on the 78-acre campus. The organization is licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a wide variety of residences and service plans from which to choose.

The Village at Manor Park is a Continuing Care Retirement Community offering six levels of living accommodations and care. In addition to comfortable housing, options available include varying levels of accessible nursing and healthcare programs. The Village at Manor Park provides services that will enhance everyday life in the relaxed atmosphere of a congenial community. Beautifully manicured lawns and common areas provide attractive outdoor space for walking and visiting with friends and neighbors. Indoor spaces are clean, well-kept, spacious and attractively decorated to provide a homelike atmosphere for personal enjoyment as well as the entertainment of guests.

The full-service retirement community of Manor Park follows a carefully designed master plan. Housing options include attractive estate homes, easy living villas, and spacious apartments. Should the need arise, assisted living services, assisted living with early memory support, a licensed health care center, and a specialized Alzheimer’s care facility are all a part of the continuum of care available to residents.

Services can include delicious meals, various social and educational activities, programs and special events planned by activity directors, a music minister, and a chaplain. The community also includes a health club/wellness center featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment. The Wellness Center director is a Registered Nurse with Certification in Older Adult Exercise and Tai Chi for Arthritis. Three beauty salons/barber shops, libraries, a computer/resource center, two chapels, a pharmacy and gift shop, Jacuzzis, and scheduled transportation enhance the Manor Park experience.

Eldergarden/Nursing Care

Licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services
The Mabee Health Care Center offers private and semi-private rooms, three meals, plus extra snacks each day. Supervision, protective oversight and on-site nursing care are provided around the clock. Assistance with personal care, bathing and dressing, administration of medications, transfer/mobility assistance, housekeeping and laundry service are all included. Social services, opportunities for socialization, and organized activities are also offered.
An emergency call system is provided.

Rehab Care

Licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services
Three types of therapy (physical, occupational, and speech) are offered in-house in a designated wing at Mabee Health Care Center. The majority of therapy is performed “one on one.”
