Custom design features provide a warm and inviting environment for our residents, with comfortable community areas and spacious living accommodations. The facility is located close to nearby shopping at The Ridgemar Mall and many convenient restaurants.

We provide care that addresses our residents' physical, spiritual and emotional needs. Our services include 24-hour skilled nursing, speech therapy, social services and pharmacy, among others. Many of our residents participate in our spiritual care program, led by our on-site chaplain.

We also have a comprehensive activity program, offering a wide variety of options, from exercise programs to outings to parties. You can structure your day to suit your preferences-busy or relaxed!

We understand the importance of variety in meals and offer an a la carte dining program that allows residents to order from a menu, choosing from an array of delicious entrees and side dishes.

Our skilled nursing residents benefit from a wide array of services:

Each skilled nursing resident will receive an individualized treatment plan designed for optimum recovery. Goals are set for each resident by an interdisciplinary team comprised of the resident and/or family members, the participant's physician and our health-care professionals. Weekly team meetings are held to review the progress of the resident and re-evaluate the treatment plan.

Once the goals have been achieved or the team determines the resident is no longer progressing through the treatment program, he/she will be discharged home or to an environment that will best meet their needs.
