The Concierge feels like a special place, a resort, a retreat, or maybe a friendly neighborhood. The Concierge has four neighborhoods- Oak, Laurel, Sage, and Willow. Each neighborhood has only 24 resident suites just steps away from two living rooms, a dining area, and a nursing station. This design makes living at The Concierge personal, convenient, and easy to socialize with family and friends.

CONCIERGE DINING

Mealtime is an important time. The Concierge culinary department prepares and serves 3 meals daily, plus snacks to all residents. Special diets can be accomodated. Families and friends are always welcome to dine with residents.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Our licensed Physical Therapists focus on improving coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and joint flexibility to achieve optimal levels of functional mobility. Our goal is to move our patients toward greater independent mobility. Rehabilitation education of the patients and families is an integral part of all treatment. Our Physical Therapists design individualized treatment programs for alleviating pain, preventing disability, and restoring function following injury or illness that may include:

Activities are very important at The Concierge. Our certified activity director plans and directs an active progressive social program for our residents. We strive to entertain and stimulate each resident everyday. Residents may choose from a variety of social activities.
