Senior Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is a beautiful Texas nursing facility with 199 licensed beds and a 13-bed secured unit that provides around-the-clock professional nursing care. Our skilled nursing facility excels in comprehensive rehabilitation services and offers a variety of daily activities to our residents. Our therapy services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy as well as respiratory therapy. We pride ourselves on promoting the strength and independence of our residents. Our philosophy of care centers around the individual needs of each resident entering Senior Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center.

Each weekday morning, our Nurse Managers meet to discuss every individual change of medication, treatment, or condition that occurred within the last 24 hours. In addition, every resident entering our Skilled Rehabilitation area receives a complete updated assessment every 5, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days with another assessment in the interim if a change of condition occurs.

Due to our dedication to each individual's needs, Senior Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center received the distinguished honor of zero deficiencies in nursing and food service on our last survey by the Health Department. In addition to this distinction, our residents enjoy meals prepared by our talented food service department who recently won the area "Gumbo Cook Off".

Our management team focuses on service to residents and families. A senior manager is on-site seven days a week for your convenience and each family has 24 hour/7 day a week immediate access to an Administrator.
