Welcome to Navasota Nursing & Rehabilitation. We are the facility of choice for many families within the Grimes County Area.
Navasota Nursing & Rehabilitation is located in Navasota, a quiet city with a population of approximately 7,000. Located in Western Grimes County, this is a town that includes many historic buildings, of which many have been restored, including several Victorian homes.
We are known throughout the area for our excellent rehabilitation department and our convenient location on Highway 105 in Navasota.
We strive to help our community by providing access to quality Long Term Care through short term rehabilitation, respite care, and of course, permanent placement when necessary.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Private Pay, and Insurance residents. A short term stay of Respite Care is offered by the day or week. This time can be used to give the Caregiver a break.
In house Psychological Services and Social Services are provided to enhance resident Quality of Life and address many different emotional needs. Our services are geared to the special needs of our residents and their families.
Our secure unit, which includes an outside courtyard, is available for wandering residents. The staff is specially trained to meet the needs of those with Alzheimer type behaviors.
