Mineral Wells Nursing & Rehabilitation is full of life, and the things that make it pleasant. Our facility offers a pleasant atmosphere from our beautiful Gazebo in the Dining Room to our lovely decorated lobby, and resident rooms. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, and Private Pay residents.

Mineral Wells Nursing and Rehabilitation is proud to have a large van with a lift for our wheelchair bound Residents, so they can be safely transported to medical appointments as well as our various activities.

Mineral Wells Nursing and Rehabilitation also has a Secure Unit for those residents who have a tendency to wander and need the added benefit of a safer environment. This unit is complete with a Security fence and courtyard so Residents can go and enjoy the outdoors, but not be at risk to leave the premises. Residents in this unit have their own activity programs which specifically target the areas of interest to those with Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Our Therapy Department does a great job of working with those Residents who come in for Rehabilitation. Many of our Residents in the Rehabilitation program are able to return to their own homes after completing their therapy regimen and receiving education so that they may safely care for themselves.

There is a private dining room available by appointment for the convenience of our families who want to dine in privacy with their loved one.
