ManorCare Health Services - San Antonio North is a 106-bed facility located in a quiet suburban neighborhood two miles south of the San Antonio Medical Center. Patient rooms are designed as semi-private, and all bathrooms have a walk-in shower and patios in each room looking out to the interior courtyard or outside landscaped areas. The therapy department maintains a staff of dedicated tenured therapists. San Antonio North is Medicare and Medicaid certified and we accept most major insurance plans.
