Our dedication to providing quality, compassionate care to our residents to meet their changing needs is reflected in their well-groomed, happy faces. Our goal is to care for each resident in a manner that reflects concern for their needs, while respecting their dignity as each one lives their life to its fullest.

Resident Care:
Lynwood Nursing & Rehabilitation is licensed for Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept private pay, insurance, and VA residents. Our licensed and certified staff work together to carry out the individual plan of care developed for each resident.

Features:
Our beautiful facility is designed to provide a safe and secure environment. All of our rooms have private bathrooms. A nurse call system in each room places the services of the nurses and aides at our resident's fingertips. Our Secured Unit provides special services and additional security for residents with Alzheimer's and other special needs.

Activities:
Lynwood Nursing & Rehabilitation's certified Activity Director and licensed social worker work together to coordinate meaningful activities for all different interests. Volunteers also help the residents maintain fulfilling lives.

Dining:
Our meals are served in a beautiful dining room. The relaxed and cheerful atmosphere encourages visiting. Our certified dietitian ensures that our meals are nutritious and well-balanced, and that each resident's diet meets his or her needs.

Rehabilitation:
We are blessed with an excellent therapy team. Team members meet the physical, speech, occupational, and respiratory therapy needs of our residents. We also have IV therapy in our skilled unit.
