Calvert Home Health Care, Ltd. has been in business since 1987. We have seven locations in the Lubbock and South Plains area and we provide services in more than 24 West Texas Counties. We are locally owned and operated. Our management staff has a combined 100+ years in providing home health services. Calvert Home Health Care is a proud member of the Texas Association for Home Care.

Calvert is committed to providing all clients a continuum of care in the home by providing the highest quality home care in the most cost effective manner. We will respect the rights, dignity, and desires of each client while addressing his or her physical, emotional, spiritual and socio-economic needs.

Agency Services:

Calvert Home Health Care, Ltd. provides health care for persons in the home following major surgery or a major illness. The staff works closely with the physician to rehabilitate the client to normal activities at the earliest possible date. Available through our home health services are licensed Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Dietitians.
