In addition to our skilled nursing and rehab facilities, Colonial creates a comfortable living environment for our residents with a restaurant style dining room, featuring three meals daily, round-the-clock personal care and security, housekeeping, and laundry.
Rapid Recovery Rehab
Our Rapid Recovery Rehab program is designed for patients transitioning from hospital to home.
Long-Term and Skilled Nursing Care
We provide individualized, 24-hour skilled nursing care to residents who cannot be cared for at home due to the caregiving demands of a chronic illness, physical limitations, or the frailties of age.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is devoted to treating, healing and preventing injuries and disabilities.
Occupational Therapy
