Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center does more than care for long term residents. The rehabilitation/nursing team assists in the recovery from surgery, injury or illness.
Brentwood Healthcare, Ltd. is a beautifully landscaped campus of three separate 120 bed facilities offering the full range of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. We provide 24 hour a day, 7 day a week services that include rehabilitation therapy, psychological and psychiatric support services, podiatry, motivational therapy, complex wound care, diabetes management, dialysis management, respiratory care, intravenous medications, and enteral tube feedings. Support services include dietary, social services, activities programs, beauty shop and all disciplines of therapy.
Your welfare and comfort are our most important priorities.
All three of our facilities have ranked 75 percent or higher on Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) QRS Nursing Facility Comparison webpage for Dallas County during the past year.
Our admissions team will work with you to coordinate appropriate placement to assure the optimum level of care, based on your needs in the proper environment. Admissions are coordinated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Brentwood Place One:
Brentwood Place One is a secure facility for those residents who may need a little closer attention due to dementia or impaired judgment.
Texas Health Care Association awarded Edna Fuller with C.N.A. of the Year award for Region 5 in 2006. She has been employed for Brentwood Healthcare for over 30 years.
Brentwood Place Two:
Brentwood Place Two is the "Homeward Bound" facility with great focus and emphasis placed on returning the resident to a level of functioning that allows them to return to the community.
They were one of five facilities in the State of Texas to be selected for the Quality Award by the American Health Care Association. (Learn more on our Homepage in the "News and Note" section)
Brentwood Place Three:
Brentwood Place Three has a primary focus of medically complex residents with a strong emphasis on wound care, tracheostomy care, and diabetic management. We are proud of our excellent wound management program in this facility.
Brentwood Home Health:
A new addition of service to complete the spectrum of care we provide.
Brentwood Hospice:
The newest addition to our community of care to ensure our terminally ill residents receive the highest quality of care in the most comfortable setting by our staff.
