At Bender Terrace, our mission is to affirm each resident's individual value and provide exceptional, compassionate care. We establish a comfortable environment, and minister to the body, mind and spirit of every resident so that all may live with dignity and hope.

The McNeice Family has owned and operated Nursing Homes in Lubbock and Plainview since 1960. Raymond McNeice has owned and operated Bender Terrace since 1983. The experience and knowledge gained over the years enables us to give the best possible care to the residents of Bender Terrace.
Bender Terrace is a licensed 120 bed facility. We accommodate skilled care for Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Pay residents. The South side has 13 semi-private, and 24 private rooms. The North side is a secure unit with 35 semi-private rooms. The North side has a new fully equipped rehab therapy department, enabling us to better meet the needs of the residents.
Professional Care
Bender Terrace is a long term care facility licensed by the state of Texas for 120 beds. We provide twenty-four hour nursing care for Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay residents. Bender Terrace also provides respite care for those individuals who
need only short-time recovery.
The professional staff consists of the following:
* Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
* Director of Nursing, RN
* Assistant Director of Nursing (2)
* Social Worker, LBSW
* Staff of Licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists
In addition to the above licensed personnel:
* Our staff also includes a restorative aid who closely follows residents when being discharged from therapy.
* Bender Terrace provides a Certified Activity Director who provides the residents with daily entertainment and activities.
* Our Certified Dietitian provides delicious meals to maintain health and well-being, as well as, specific prescribed diets for special needs.
* The in-house staff of laundry, housekeeping and maintenance provides a clean and well maintained environment enabling residents to experience a worry-free quality of life.
* The North side of our facility is a secured unit enabling us to successfully maintain a watchful care over residents.
* Bender Terrace has a van with wheel chair lift, which enables us to transport residents to and from appointments, as well as, doctor visits.
* The staff at Bender Terrace remains current with the newest technology, enabling us to provide the highest quality of care.
