Welcome to Bastrop Lost Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. To be opened in the spring of 2009, our beautiful 120-bed facility will be both Medicare and Medicaid certified. We will offer skilled nursing for those who need personalized therapy programs, and for those who need rehabilitation services before returning to their own homes we will offer interim care. We also will have a secured unit for residents who tend to wander.
We will encourage strong family involvement and our staff will work as a team to insure each resident attains his or her highest potential. At Bastrop Lost Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center we will offer:
- Physical, respiratory, occupational, speech, IV and wound therapy
- Spacious, bright, open rooms
- Beauty salon/barber services
- Fun-filled activates and religious services
- Transportation
