Located at 401 W. Arbrook Blvd. in Arlington, Arbrook Plaza provides individualized medical rehabilitation in warm, home-like surroundings. Our residents enjoy spacious living areas as well as intimate community areas for socializing, dining and entertaining.

We provide a holistic approach to care, addressing our residents' physical, spiritual and emotional needs. Our services include 24-hour skilled nursing, state-of-the-art rehab, social services and spiritual care, among others. Living arrangements offer a variety of private and semi-private rooms, adaptive bathing facilities, and daily housekeeping and laundry services.

A full-time activity director works with residents daily, providing fun and healthy activities designed to maintain and enhance quality of life. A monthly newsletter and calendar enable residents to plan their days with fun and engaging activities.

We understand the importance of variety in meals and offer an á la carte dining program that allows residents to order from a menu, choosing from an array of delicious entrees and side dishes.

Arbrook Plaza has several payment options, including Part A and B of Medicare, private insurance, Medicaid, respite care programs, participating HMOs and private pay.

Our skilled nursing residents benefit from a wide array of services:

* 24-hour specialized nursing care
* Physical and occupational therapy
* Speech/language pathology
* Respiratory therapy
* Laboratory, x-ray, and other diagnostic services
* Nutritional management
* Social services and case management
* Recreation program

Each skilled nursing resident will receive an individualized treatment plan designed for optimum recovery. Goals are set for each resident by an interdisciplinary team comprised of the resident and/or family members, the participant's physician and our health-care professionals. Weekly team meetings are held to review the progress of the resident and re-evaluate the treatment plan.

Once the goals have been achieved or the team determines the resident is no longer progressing through the treatment program, he/she will be discharged home or to an environment that will best meet their needs.
